Group Classes

Puppy Kindergarten
Puppies ages 6-16 weeks with no previous training.
PUPPIES SHOULD BEGIN THIS CLASS AS SOON AS YOU ADOPT THEM!!!

This fun-filled class will give you and your new puppy all the tools you need to start life together on the right paw!  You will spend four weeks learning all about your puppy’s individual personality and teaching him the basics of living life with you.  This is an open enrollment course designed for you to start with your puppy as soon as he comes to his new home! 
  • ​4 week rotating course, begin the course as SOON as you get your new puppy and cycle through all four weeks
  • Learn basic manners and commands like sit, wait, walk with me
  • Potty Training, Crate Training, Puppy Nipping and other common behaviors are covered in this class
  • LOTS of socialization time in a safe environment so your puppy can learn the skills he needs to be a confidant and happy companion
  • Early intervention classes are recommended by The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB) as the best way to start training your puppy!
$100 for 4 week course

Reactive Rover
For dogs of all ages with social skills issues

Must have spoken with Abigail and have a clearance to join this class. 

This class will teach owners management, handling and training techniques to reduce reactive and aggressive behavior by their dogs toward other dogs, especially while on leash. Handlers will learn how to identify aggression triggers and discern their dogs' body language in trigger situations. They will receive coaching in teaching their dogs to relax around triggers, and will learn techniques for improving their relationships with their dogs to help enable their dogs to relax.

This class uses scientifically proven, force -free, humane techniques that are both dog and people friendly.  No need for harsh corrections or shock collars, your beloved dog will learn amazing skills without the need for harsh equipment or dangerous aggressive corrections.  

This class provides a safe environment in which to work through your feisty friends behavior.  

$175 for 6 week course 
Family Dog Levels Classes
​Roverchase Levels Classes are the most convenient and effective group classes available!  Each Level is offered multiple times per week and you can attend any available time for your level!  No need to commit to weeks and weeks of group classes, just pick your next class time, and show up!  Convenient, effective, and fun!  Roverchase Level's classes are the perfect way to benefit from group classes without the hassle of difficult schedules!!  Follow this link to see all of our available Levels class times!  

LEVEL 1 ($20/class)
In this class you and your dog will learn 
     -  Sit with distractions
     -  Down with distractions
     -  Hand Target
     -  Leave It 
You will continue to attend Level 1 class with your dog until you feel confidant with your dogs progress with the material and then you will move to Level 2.  Most of our clients spend 2 weeks at Level 1.  

LEVEL 2  ($20/class)
In this class you and your dog will learn
     -  Come when called with distraction
     -  Go to mat and stay 
     -  Intro to loose leash walking 
You will continue to attend Level 2 class with your dog until you feel confidant with your dogs progress with the material and then you will move to Level 3.  Most of our clients spend 2-3 weeks at Level 2.  

LEVEL 3 ($20/class)
In this class you and your dog will learn
     -  Stay with distractions
     -  Calm greetings with both humans and dogs 
     -  Beginner loose leash walking 
You will continue to attend Level 3 class with your dog until you feel confidant with your dogs progress with the material and then you will move to Level 4.  Most of our clients spend 2-3 weeks at Level 3.  

LEVEL 4 ($20/class)
In this class you and your dog will learn 
     -  Advanced loose leash walking 
     -  Canine Good Citizen Preparation (Roverchase Owner is a certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and will offer testing)
     -  Hand in Paw Pet Assisted Therapy Preparation 
Most of our clients spend 2-4 weeks at Level 4, some will stay in this class for several weeks if they are working towards passing their Canine Good Citizen exam or preparing to take the Hand In Paw evaluation.
